Order Processing
Time is money honey. We always aim to deliver fast, but here’s what to expect. It typically takes 2 - 3 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse. Processing times don’t account for weekends or holidays. We offer a number of shipping options which can be selected at checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight, postal code, and shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email when your product is on the way. Most US orders arrive within 3 business days.

Standard & Expedited Shipping
For when you need it and you need it fast: *Standard U.S. shipping will be shown during the checkout process on the Shipping Method screen, prior to payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

*Expedited U.S. shipping orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. Orders must be placed by 12PM EST to start processing the same day. All orders received after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1- 2 business days for processing and up to 3 business days for transit.

Free Shipping
All products are free of postage
International - free shipping is available to international customers on orders with a subtotal of $75 or more.

Free refills are good. Free shipping is better.

International Shipping
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight, shipping address and shipping method. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and 7 -20 business days for delivery (depending on shipping method). 2-day expedited shipping is available to some countries. Your international shipping options will appear on the Shipping Method page of checkout, based on your location. Customs & import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and order value. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees.

Countries
We ship to over 100 countries including Canada and most of Europe.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Antarctica or North Korea (so stop calling us, Kim).

Where's My Order ?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-6 business days after the order has been placed. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track your order, we recommend using USPS & FedEx & 17track as it is the most reliable and up to date all-in-one package tracking website. You will need to sign in to access your account information. If you receive your confirmation email after 1 PM EST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.

If you are having any issues, please email fashionots@gmail.com with "help" in the subject line for immediate service. Include your order number for an even faster resolution. Then breathe, because help is on the way.

Cancellation/changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Times
Standard orders must be placed by 12:59 PM EST to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days and orders will arrive within 6 business days from when the order is processed.

Holidays
Holidays are the best, aren’t they? Sippin rose by the pool. Except when you place an ecomm order… All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We currently do not offer exchanges.

Gifts
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
